Your double chin won’t disappear immediately, but it could be reduced with a simple facial exercise. The chin lift regime can help you achieve a slimmer face because it helps your facial muscles with stretching and it gets rid of fat reserve.
It is really easy to practice this exercise and it doesn’t matter if you are sitting or standing. The first step is to tilt your head up, and keep your eyes straight upward. Start doing the “kissing motion” with your lips, count to 10 and then relax. Make sure you do 10 repetitions with each turn lasting for 10 seconds.

Once you are done with the chin lift you can continue with the next exercise where you need to lift your lower lip and push out your lower jaw. Do 10 repetitions, each lasting 10 seconds. The positive side of this exercise is the fact that it can be done at any time i.e. while listening to music, or watching your favorite TV show.

- Candle Blow
The candle blow exercise is self-explanatory. The only instruction you need is to make sure that you do it while sitting on a chair, with your head tilted back, looking at the ceiling. It might seem childish, but it is super effective in working your neck and facial muscles. Do 10 repetitions and hold the pose for 10 seconds per repetition.
- Jaw Release
The jaw release exercise involves all of the jaw muscles and it basically resembles a chewing of air. For this exercise you need to move your jaw in a chewing motion, but have your lips closed. Breathe in and out with a humming and then wide open your mouth and press the tip of your tongue to the bottom of your teeth. Stay in this pose for 5 seconds and then breathe in and out normally. Do 10 repetitions and hold each for 5 seconds. By doing this exercise, you will have higher cheekbones and a more defined jawline.

This game is done with your mouth and although it might seem childish, it can be really effective in strengthening your facial muscles and burning off the extra fat in your cheeks and chin.
