By NaturalHealthyGuide · On October 24, 2018

If you always reach out to a pill bottle once you start sensing a headache coming then you are at the right place, since we will show you how to eliminate those annoying headaches. They can be really brutal because they come with eye, neck and sinuses pain.

Acupressure is a massage which will help you release the extra pressure in your body. To start the acupressure massage, you need to find a comfortable place where you can do this and then massage your pressure point with circular movements and a light touch.

These are the six main points, which will help you release your headache:

  1. The Yintang Point

The third eye, or yintang is located between our eyebrows. In the place where the bridge of the nose passes into the forehead. If you are feeling pain and fatigue in your eyes, this is the right place to apply massage pressure to eliminate the pain.

  1. Zan Zhu Points

The zan zhu points can be found at the base of the inner edge of our eyebrows. These are symmetrical points which can help your runny nose and they can improve your vision. With light circular motion and pressure start massaging these points.

  1. Yingxiang Points

To locate these points, which are on both sides of the nostrils, you need to feel around and try to find a dimple in the bottom of your cheekbones. By massaging these spots, you will be able to open up your sinuses, to reduce your stress and to relieve your headache or toothache.

  1. Tian Zhu Points

These points are located behind your head, in the area between your ears and the beginning of your spine i.e. on the top of your neck. By massaging these pressure points, you can help yourself relieve your headaches and migraines, as well as any eyes and ears pain and nasal congestions.

  1. Shuai Gu Points

These points are located 2-3 centimeters from our hairline. If you suffer from eye fatigue and pain in the temporal area of the head, massaging these points will help you eliminate the pain.

  1. He Gu Points

These are symmetrical points which are located on the back of our hands, between the thumb and the forefinger. If you apply pressure to this are, you can relieve your back pain, neck tension and toothache.
